What's it about? We will be growing plants from seeds and then transferring them to flower boxes and distributed around various sites in Flamborough.
Where's it happening? 1 Woodcock Road, Flamborough, Bridlington (nr.) What will volunteers do? Fill seed trays with compost, plant seeds and water. Put in greenhouse to grow on.
What to wear/bring: Protective clothing
What will be provided: Seeds, seed trays, compost, gloves, watering cans, refreshments.

Frederick Holmes School Sensory Garden Project

What's it about? To provide and plant various shrubs and plants for the school sensory garden. We will also purchase refreshments and protective clothing, ie. Gloves and knee pads, and any tools needed.

Trees on the Head

Little Wold Project
Where? Hull (nr.)
When? Monday 10th February 2003
What's it about? Thiining and re-spacing of trees at Little Wold Plantation so that ash is favoured over beech and then sycamore.
Where's it happening? Little Wold Plantation, South Cave, Hull (nr.) What will volunteers do? Using hand tools, fell young sycamore and beech trees so that the ash is encouraged to grow.
What to wear/bring: Old clothes, waterproofs, study shoes/boots, packed lunch.
What will be provided: Tea/coffee and biscuits, first aid provision, tools, supervision and leadership.
